Messaging Guidelines

Do not:

Professional Conduct

Mentors are expected to:

• Deliver services honestly.
• Honor confirmed bookings whenever possible.
• Clearly communicate expectations.
• Respect client confidentiality.
• Provide accurate information about their experience.

Mentees are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
• Treat mentors respectfully.
• Communicate professionally.
• Provide honest reviews based on actual experiences.

Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted on FindMentors:

• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech
• Threats or intimidation
• Discrimination
• Fraud or scams
• Identity theft
• Fake accounts
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Malware or harmful software
• Illegal activities
• Copyright infringement
• Sharing another user's private information without permission

Report Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the built-in reporting tools or contact our support team.

Reports may include:

Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.

Enforcement
