- Leadership advice
Avoid posting spam, misleading information, repetitive promotions, or low-quality content.
Respect Intellectual Property

Messaging Guidelines

Do not:

- Use offensive or threatening language.

Professional Conduct
Mentors are expected to:
- Deliver services honestly.
- Honor confirmed bookings whenever possible.
- Clearly communicate expectations.
- Respect client confidentiality.
- Provide accurate information about their experience.
Mentees are expected to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
- Treat mentors respectfully.
- Communicate professionally.
- Provide honest reviews based on actual experiences.
Prohibited Activities
The following are not permitted on FindMentors:
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech
- Threats or intimidation
- Discrimination
- Fraud or scams
- Identity theft
- Fake accounts
- Spam or unsolicited advertising
- Malware or harmful software
- Illegal activities
- Copyright infringement
- Sharing another user's private information without permission
Report Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the built-in reporting tools or contact our support team.
Reports may include:

- Inappropriate content
- Safety concerns
Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.
Enforcement
